Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it. We do not apply a fixed return period. We do ask that you only return unworn sweaters in their original condition.

Returns from the Netherlands and other countries within the European Union are free of charge.

If you return an item from a European country outside the European Union, the return shipping costs and responsibility for the return are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

We aim to process returns within 1 to 3 working days after receipt.

Returns from a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Please clearly state on the customs documents that the shipment concerns returned goods and that it is not a new sale. Complete the customs information in accordance with the carrier's instructions and the applicable customs regulations so that the shipment can be processed as a return.

If the customs documents are not completed correctly, processing of the return may take up to 28 days. Any import duties, customs clearance fees or other charges incurred by Meedin as a result cannot be refunded to the customer.
