Meedin does not charge shipping costs for deliveries within EU countries. Returns are also free of charge. As soon as the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us, allowing you to check where your parcel is and when it is expected to be delivered.

Products delivered outside the Netherlands and the European Union are not subject to VAT. VAT is automatically deducted during checkout based on the delivery address provided by the buyer.

The buyer is, however, responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the country of destination.

Delivery times

As a general rule, the following applies to shipments within the Netherlands: orders placed on working days before 18:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders are shipped with PostNL. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your order within 1 to 2 working days after shipment.

For shipments to other European countries, delivery generally takes a little longer. Within the European Union, you can expect delivery within approximately 2 to 5 working days after shipment, depending on the country of destination.

For European countries outside the European Union, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance and import procedures. Please therefore allow a few additional working days on top of the usual delivery time.
